Services provided
Concierge Web Hosting provides managed website hosting, website care plans, email hosting, and related technical services to business clients. Services are described in detail on our hosting plans page. The specific services and pricing applicable to your account are established at the time of sign-up and confirmed in writing.
Payment
Hosting and care plans are billed monthly. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. Invoices are sent by email. Accounts more than 14 days past due may be suspended. We do not offer refunds on completed billing periods. If you cancel, service continues through the end of the paid period.
Support incidents
Work outside the scope of your plan's included maintenance is billed as a support incident. Incident blocks are purchased in advance. Each incident covers up to one hour of work. We will notify you before beginning any work that will consume an incident. Single incidents and 3-packs do not expire. 8-packs expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused incidents are not refundable upon cancellation.
Acceptable use
Use of our services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Hosting spam operations, illegal content, or anything that places excessive or abusive load on shared infrastructure is prohibited. Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.
Termination
Either party may cancel service with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate service immediately for AUP violations, non-payment, or conduct that is harmful to other clients or our infrastructure. Upon cancellation, we will provide a reasonable opportunity to retrieve your data and files.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost data, or any indirect or consequential damages. Hosting infrastructure is provided with commercially reasonable uptime expectations but no absolute guarantee. Backups are included in all plans; however, you are encouraged to maintain your own independent backup copies of critical data.
