Third-party processors
We use the following third-party services in delivering this site and our services:
- Mailgun — Used to send and receive email, including contact form submissions. Mailgun processes the content of messages you send through our contact forms.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — Used for spam protection on contact forms. Turnstile verifies that form submissions are from humans without tracking individual users or using advertising cookies.
- Plausible Analytics — Privacy-friendly analytics. No cookies. No cross-site tracking. Compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR without requiring a cookie consent banner.
- Intermedia — Used to provide hosted email services for clients on email hosting plans. Intermedia processes email data on behalf of account holders under their own privacy and data processing agreements.
Data retention
Contact form submissions and support correspondence are retained for as long as the client relationship is active, plus a reasonable period thereafter for business record purposes. Analytics data is retained by Plausible per their standard retention policy. We do not retain unnecessary personal data.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you at any time. To make a request, contact us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time and in compliance with applicable law.
