This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) applies to all services provided by Concierge Web Hosting. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Violations may result in suspension or termination of service without refund.
Prohibited content
You may not use our hosting infrastructure to store, distribute, or publish:
- Content that is illegal under applicable law
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, reported immediately
- Malware, viruses, ransomware, or other malicious code
- Phishing pages or credential harvesting sites
- Content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights
Prohibited activities
You may not use our services to:
- Send unsolicited bulk email (spam)
- Operate mail relay services or open proxies
- Launch denial-of-service attacks against any target
- Conduct network port scanning or vulnerability probing of systems you don't own
- Mine cryptocurrency
- Place excessive load on shared infrastructure in a way that degrades service for other clients
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems or accounts
Resource usage
Hosting plans are designed for standard business website workloads. High-volume e-commerce, media streaming, or compute-intensive applications may require a dedicated or upgraded infrastructure arrangement. Contact us before launching campaigns or applications that will significantly increase traffic or resource usage.
Reporting violations
To report abuse, illegal content, or AUP violations on our infrastructure, email support@conciergewebhosting.com. We investigate all reports and respond to valid complaints promptly.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates this policy, with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the violation. We will cooperate with law enforcement requests as required by applicable law.
